Google Revamps AdWords Network to Target Smartphone and Tablet Users

“Google said that the changes will give advertisers greater control over how much
they spend on targeting mobile users at different times and locations, instead
of having to “cobble together” a campaign.”

This specialized new form of advertising will help businesses target the specific customers they want. I think this is one of those situations where marketers think: why did it take this long for someone to think of this?
